Naledi Masithela has held company secretarial, legal, governance, and compliance roles at large JSE-listed companies across the financial services, property, industrial, and investment sectors.
Her experience includes serving in positions such as Company Secretary, Assistant Company Secretary, and Company Secretarial, Legal and Compliance professional, where she supported group boards and board committees, ensured statutory and regulatory compliance, and advised directors on their fiduciary duties, governance obligations, and best-practice standards.
